What I can help with

Tap any service to read a little more about it. If what you need isn’t listed, it doesn’t mean it isn’t possible — please just ask.

A proper walk at your dog’s pace — whether that’s a bounding hour across the fields or a gentle amble for an older dog with stiff hips. I walk in all weathers and I’ll always wipe muddy paws before I leave.

  • Solo walks, or Ralph can come too if your dog enjoys company
  • Puppy visits — short walks, toilet breaks and play
  • Reactive or nervous dogs walked on their own, away from busy routes
  • A quick message and photo so you know how it went

Your animals stay where they’re happiest — at home in their own routine — while you’re at work, away for the night, or 2.

  • Feeding, fresh water, litter trays and cleaning up
  • Medication given exactly as instructed
  • Cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, small furries — just ask
  • Curtains, lights and post seen to so the house looks lived in
  • Photo update every single visit

Home-cooked food, made in your kitchen or mine, exactly how you like it, then portioned, labelled and put in the fridge or freezer ready for the week.

  • A week of meals prepped in one session or a one off
  • Familiar, proper food — nothing fancy unless you’d like it to be
  • Allergies, diabetic diets, soft-food needs and dislikes all taken into account
  • Ingredients picked up on the way if that’s easier
  • Kitchen left clean and tidy

Your list, your shops, your brands. I’ll bring the receipt and the change, and put everything away if that helps.

  • Full weekly shop or a quick top-up
  • Happy to shop to a budget and suggest swaps if something’s out of stock
  • Heavy bags carried in and unpacked
  • Or come with me if you’d like the trip out

The little trips that take up a whole morning, especially without a car.

  • Prescription collections and drop-offs
  • Post office — parcels, returns, stamps
  • Dry cleaning, library books, shoe repairs
  • Dropping something off to a family member or a friend nearby

The small things that quietly pile up when you’re busy, unwell, or it’s just gone beyond you for a bit.

  • Hanging out and bringing in the washing
  • Bins out and back in on the right day
  • Plants, grass cutting and gardening
  • Beds changed, a tidy round
  • Waiting in for a delivery or a tradesperson

Sometimes what someone needs isn’t a job at all. This is for anyone of any age who’d like a bit of company — and there’s nothing to explain or justify.

  • An hour out of the house — a walk, a coffee, a look round the shops
  • Sitting in with a cup of tea, a chat, cards or a crossword
  • Company at an appointment so you’re not going alone
  • Someone to talk to on a low day, without judgement
  • School-age children finding friendships hard (always arranged with a parent or carer)

This list isn’t the limit — it’s just a starting point. If there’s something on your mind that would genuinely make your week easier, ask me. The worst I can say is that it’s not something I can do, and I’ll try to point you towards someone who can.

Nothing is too small.

Before you book

We talk first, always

Every client gets a personalised job, so I’d rather have a proper conversation first — a phone call, text or a visit to understand exactly what would help and to agree times and prices together.

Send an enquiry and I’ll come back to you. No obligation at all.

Not sure where to start?

Just describe your week and I’ll tell you honestly what I could take off your hands.
